The attitude is in all the multidisciplinary services run by the cooperative, which are for and with the user and all his personal expressions, in his will to self-determination and in the manifestations of all that is his social context and what affects his everyday life. It is method supporting all caregivers revolving around the user, in collaboration with agencies on the same page with Città Azzurra and that are sure to provide quality for articulated rehab programs where the different players offer the best of what they can do.

The goals set with this attitude can be synthesized as follows:

• Overcoming any form of marginalisation or stigmatisation, even long-lasting ones, towards disabled people;
• Improving the everyday life and the quality of life in general, favouring a better well-being of the person both at the services in Città Azzurra and at home; wellbeing under both a psychophysical and intellective profile, in a corresponding way to his personality, interests, capabilities and surroundings;
• Ensuring a respectable living condition at home and at the service, characterised by the co-presence of disabled people with different abilities and skills;
• Providing to the writing, organization and planning of individual therapeutic, socio-pedagogic and educational projects, which are to be different in duration and goals. Such projects will involve relatives, possible legal representatives, local specialistic services and the various equips;
• Ensuring citizens with disabilities the right to welcoming and qualified services. There they will be granted programs for the acquisition, development, stabilisation and retention of personal and social abilities and skills;
• Paying specific attention to the communicative, psychomotor and cognitive abilities, also through occupational, playful and recreational activities.
